Maryland Governor: Stay Inside for 24-36 Hours
BALTIMORE, Md. (AP) — Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley is urging Marylanders to stay off the roads and inside for the next 24-36 hours, as Hurricane Sandy makes her way through the state.
