Fairfax County MAB Details
Medical ambulance bus serving Northern Virginia and surrounding communities
Fairfax County firefighters and paramedics put into service a Medical Ambulance Bus (MAB); it provides the department increased capacity for the treatment and transport of patients within the county and Northern Virginia. The MAB unit was purchased with Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI) federal grant dollars. The video highlights and shows the MAB in action and spotlights its value to the department and for county residents.
