EMTs Train for the Republican National Convention

The life-like mannequin they are using in the training costs more than $100,000

TAMPA, Fla. (WFTS ABC 28) -- These first responders are getting ready for the Republican National Convention, an event more than one year away. The "patient" they are using in the training looks like a dummy, but he's much smarter than that. The mannequin is so life-like that it breathes, talks, has a pulse and makes lung sounds.
