This is video taken immediately after a man was pulled out the bottom of a grain elevator in Corpus Christi, Texas on April 20, 2011. He was trapped inside for nearly five hours before firefighters finally pulled him out. He was immediately loaded into an ambulance, but his injuries were not clear.
