A chemical scare police suspect was a Halloween prank sent 22 students to Sutter Delta Medical Center, John Muir Medical Center in Concord and Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Walnut Creek, Calif., on Wednesday morning.

Hypothermic Baby Rescued

Paramedics rescued a 14-month-old baby from mounds of garbage in its Milwaukee home. The baby needed 21 minutes of CPR and had a body temperature of 84 degrees when he arrived at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin last week.
