Mo. EMS Provider Details Role in Midwest Floods

Multiple emergency agencies, including the National Guard, participated extensively in the multi-state disaster. However, the role EMS played during this crisis was rarely reported. JEMS contributing photographer, Ray Kemp, had the opportunity to ride with Lincoln County Ambulance District (LCAD) in Missouri during the floods. The LCAD service area includes the Mississippi river towns of Elsberry, Foley and Winfield.
