T.J. Reginald, NREMT-P, is director of Research and Clinical Standards Development for the Office of the Medical Director in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. He’s a driving force behind the success and continuing advancement of cardiac arrest resuscitation in the major metropolitan areas of Oklahoma.
