Mark A. Kirk, MD, is currently medical director of Medical Simulation Center and associate professor of emergency medicine at the University of Virginia. A medical toxicologist, Dr. Kirk previously served as director of the DHS Chemical Defense Program, on assignment at DHS under the auspices of the Intergovernmental Personnel Act Mobility Program.
