Jennifer Marshall

Jennifer Marshall is the homeland security program manager with the Law Enforcement Standards Office of the National Institute of Standards and Technology and manages the standards development efforts that support DHS and first responders. She has more than 10 years of experience in technology and standards development for the homeland security community— including EMS, fire service and law enforcement.
