Dempsey Whitt, NREMT-P/FP-C

is the director of operations for the Richmond Ambulance Authority and additionally serves in the Virginia Army National Guard’s 29th Infantry Division as the chief medical non-commissioned officer. Dempsey has enjoyed a very diverse EMS background and career spanning 22 years, including fire-based EMS, military EMS, private EMS, third service EMS and helicopter EMS.
