Slippery Rock, PA – July 10, 2012 RAM Software Systems Inc., creator of AIM (Ambulance Information Management) Software and Services recently launched their new interactive website which has been re-designed with EMS providers in mind!
AIM takes on a new URL (aim-system.com -formerly ram-software.com) and a whole new look with added functionality. The re-designed website provides an improved user experience, allowing customers and EMS providers to easily navigate and find valuable information related to EMS software and services. The new site is also designed to focus more on AIM (Ambulance Information Management) brand products and services versus the RAM Software Systems company name. “This new website is a reflection of our growing business and clearly communicates our vision to be the trusted, national leader in the delivery of mission critical software and services for the Pre-hospital community. As always, we are committed to providing EMS with the very best in products and services,” said Michael McIntyre, CEO of RAM Software Systems.
Among the new and improved features of aim-system.com, are a simplified and intuitive navigation that allows EMS providers the ability to search for software and service solutions that best fit their ambulance information management needs.
The website also has an interactive support forum where AIM's valued customers can interact with each other; share tips, tricks and suggestions; discuss industry topics and work with peers on challenges inherent to the world of EMS data collections and billing. This new forum is accessible to customers in the support section of the website. It is AIM’s hope that we will all be enriched by the sharing of knowledge and experience.
