ROCHESTER, N.Y. — EMS eSchedule, a leader in online crew scheduling & agency management software for EMS, Fire and Air Medical Services, announced today that it has launched a major enhancement to its application. The addition of the “Vehicle Maintenance Module” to the company’s list of services sets it apart from many of its competitors, with features including:

  • Manage Vehicles – Maintain a list of vehicles in the fleet including make/model, VIN, license plate number, and mileage
  • Budgeting – Set annual maintenance budgets per vehicle; Log maintenance expenses
  • Preventative Maintenance Alerts – Set alerts for each vehicle based on time or mileage increments

“We’re excited about the addition of this module to our software,” says Dave Falcone, President of EMS eSchedule. “This is a feature that many of our customers have asked for and we’re happy to deliver. This is yet another way that our application helps save agencies time and money, which is what we’re all about."

The company offers free agency analysis, online demonstrations and evaluation versions to any EMS, Fire or Air Medical Service that may be interested in benefiting from their software.

EMS eSchedule offers online personnel & agency management software for EMS, Fire and other related industries (Ambulance, Advanced Life Support, Fire, Helicopter/Air Medical Transport, etc.). Functionality includes scheduling, time clock, attendance and payroll integration, shift availability, training & certification tracking, vehicle maintenance and much more. The company has been in business since 2004 and steadily growing ever since, serving agencies across the United States.
