Maryland Senators Address Fuel Costs For First Responders

ALLEGANY COUNTY, MD -- Some fire departments and EMS crews are feeling the burn of high gas prices, and are now getting some possible relief.



Wednesday morning, Maryland senators Barbara Mikulski and Ben Cardin visited Allegany County to talk about the energy crisis and its affect on first responders.



The Cumberland Fire Department says fuel costs for them have increased 31 percent this year alone, affecting funding for training and supplies.
