AKRON, Ohio - Police in Ohio say a car went off an urban interstate highway and flipped over, killing two people and injuring three others.
Akron police say in a news release that the vehicle hit a concrete barrier at an Interstate 76 interchange before winding up on its roof off the side of the road Thursday evening.
Police say two female riders in the car died, while three male occupants were taken to hospitals. There was no word on their conditions.
Investigators believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
