INMAN, S.C. -- Kevin Jenkins watched his father die from a massive heart attack.  He was one of the paramedics to respond.

Later, Kevin learned he'd suffer a similar fate. After his own heart attack, Kevin learned he'd need an operation at Duke University and his family would need financial help.
