COWANSHANNOCK, Pa. - Police in western Pennsylvania are investigating a crash involving an ambulance that ended up in a creek.
Armstrong County emergency dispatchers say the ambulance crashed around 5 a.m. Monday in Cowanshannock, about 50 miles northeast of Pittsburgh.
The ambulance was transported a patient at the time. Another ambulance took the patient to a hospital but the driver was unhurt.
State police are investigating.
