Minn. Medic Suffers Medical Emergency While Responding to Call

MINNEAPOLIS -- A Hennepin County paramedic is in critical condition after suffering a "medical emergency" while responding to a call.

Robert Ball, spokesperson for Hennepin County EMS, said the man was helping a patient in Richfield Monday night at 11:00 when he suffered a medical emergency. His partner then had to attend to him along with the patient until backup arrived.
