GAINESVILLE, Fla. (AP) — A full-sized pickup truck ran over a 23-year-old woman's head — and the Gainesville woman escaped with relatively minor injuries.
The Gainesville Sun reports (http://bit.ly/PMNfH8) that Brittany Taltos was sunbathing Sunday afternoon when the truck, driven by a man named Taylor Greer, ran over her head.
The impact left a noticeable depression in the lawn.
Gainesville Fire Rescue said Greer heard Taltos scream and drove the truck forward. Taltos was airlifted to an area hospital. She received 15 stitches on the right side of her head. She also has bruises and ear canal damage.
