APOPKA, Fla. (AP) — Authorities say four children and three adults were injured in a crash involving a school bus and a public transportation bus in Apopka.

The Orlando Sentinel reports the crash happened shortly before 8:15 a.m. Thursday along U.S. Highway 441.

Orange County Public Schools spokeswoman Shari Bobinski says the school bus was rear-ended by the other bus. The bus was carrying 23 students to Zellwood Elementary School.

Bobinski says the injured students suffered mainly bumps and bruises.

Fire rescue officials say the driver and two passengers on the other bus also received relatively minor injuries.
