This was the second water rescue in New York Thursday.

NEW YORK -- Firefighters conducted a water rescue in the East River right near Gracie Mansion Thursday night.

A homemade raft deflated and its occupant went into the water at 86th Street and the FDR Drive, the FDNY said.
