MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- Three firefighters were assessed for injuries Sunday after being dragged by a car in a confrontation with a medical patient, authorities said.
The firefighters arrived at E. Capitol Blvd. and N. Richards St. about 1 p.m. to help medical responders who were trying to wrestle with a driver who appeared to be in an "altered state," Milwaukee Fire Department Deputy Chief Jack Christianson said.
