Three Fla. Paramedics Fired for Smoking

They were found in violation of the county's nicotine policy

VOLUSIA, Fla. -- The jobs of three EVAC employees with more than 30 years of combined experience are up in smoke after they were found in violation of the county's nicotine policy, a county spokesman confirmed Saturday.

But the three fired county employees say they believe they should be offered a second chance.
