COLESVILLE, Md. - Twelve people were injured but none seriously after a vehicle collided with a Metrobus in the Colesville area of Montgomery County.
Metro spokesman Reggie Woodruff says the crash happened at about 4 p.m. on Thursday at the intersection of Sherwood Forest Drive and Randolph Road. Woodruff says the driver of the C8 bus had stopped to let off passengers when the bus was hit.
Montgomery County police spokeswoman Angela Cruz says 12 people were transported to a hospital but the injuries were not life-threatening.
