Auburn (Mass.) Fire Department paramedics responded to this bus crash on an interstate off-ramp in less than a minute, assessing and triaging the 56 passengers inside the bus. All 34 injured passengers were transported to UMass Medical Center for treatment of potential spinal injuries, fractures, lacerations and hematomas.
