OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Emergency Medical Services Authority said a rising number of non-emergency phone calls is stretching its resources to the limit.
Paramedics said many people are calling EMSA for routine health problems because they don't have medical insurance and because EMSA won't turn patients away.
