CRESTLINE APPOINTS STEVEN HOFFROGGE AS CEO

May 10, 2013 - Saskatoon, SK, Canada - The Board of Directors of Crestline Coach Ltd. is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Hoffrogge as Chief Executive Officer of Crestline Coach Ltd. effective May 13, 2013.  Steven will also be appointed to Crestline’s Board of Directors.  Steven comes to Crestline with over 25 years of global industrial manufacturing experience, with a strong background in business and corporate development.  Most recently, Steven was Senior Vice President – Business Development for SMTC Manufacturing Corporation, a global provider of product development and advanced manufacturing services, headquartered in Toronto, Ontario.  Steven holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Minnesota State University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.  Steven, along with his wife, Karen and their two children will be relocating to the greater Saskatoon area.

Interim CEO, Jim Doyle, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Crestline and will support Steven during the transition.
