One of the biggest problems with CO poisoning is that the initial symptoms are vagueÛheadaches, nausea and mild respiratory distress. EMS units have been treating CO poisonings and unknowingly exposing themselves to CO for years. TheToxiRAE3 CO Monitor fromRAE Systems is an easy to use, single-gas monitor that can be quickly attached to a first-in bag to monitor the atmosphere. Alarms can be set by the user, and the digital display provides a real-time readout. The AutoRAE Lite bump and calibration station makes the system easy to maintain, with a bump test taking 20 seconds and a full calibration taking just two minutes.
