LAKEVILLE, MN [January 20, 2011] – ImageTrend, Inc. announced it will offer free hands-on training to service administrators for select products at their offices in Lakeville, MN. Starting in February, ImageTrend will train up to two administrators per service on setup, navigation and use of Service Bridge and Field Bridge. Service administrators will also learn how to create ad hoc reports based on their data and how to maintain their user information.

The new training will be offered periodically to services with a valid support agreement and is intended to educate service administrators to help them more effectively and independently use their ImageTrend software. With this inexpensive educational option, service administrators will learn setup and maintenance tasks to increase their comfort level and understanding of the software.

“ImageTrend recognizes that user education is beneficial to the smooth operation of any new system,” stated Mike McBrady, President of ImageTrend. “These training sessions complement our ImageTrend University learning documentation and on-site training as a cost-effective option.”

Services with a valid support agreement for ImageTrend’s Service Bridge or Field Bridge products can visit the registration page at www.imagetrend.com/freetraining for more details and to reserve a spot on a first-come, first-served basis.
