Course Completion Cards

Course Completion Cards come in two formats: The 2-card/self-mailer format or the 3-card sheet format. These course completion cards are to be used by faculty and instructors, given to students as the Course Completion Card that certifies that the individual has successfully completed the national cognitive and skills evaluations in accordance with the curriculum of the American Heart Association for each course and program.
