David O. Ramsey, EMT-P, WALS

David O. Ramsey, EMT-P, WALS, is a paramedic and training officer with Powell County (Ky.) EMS and a member of the Wolfe County (Ky.) Search and Rescue Team as a rope rescue technician and search dog handler. Ramsey has been in emergency services for 10 years, and he has worked in both urban and rural settings as a firefighter and paramedic.
