The University of New Mexico EMS Academy is seeking an exceptional candidate to direct our paramedic training program.
One of few institutions to offer a Bachelor of Science degree in EMS, EMSA provides an innovative curriculum and offers the full resources of the state’s primary academic medical center. As New Mexico’s lead training institution, we train students at all levels across New Mexico. We are a division of the Department of Emergency Medicine, UNM School of Medicine.
The Paramedic Program Manager will have primary responsibility for the direction of our paramedic program, will provide classroom and lab instruction and will participate in research initiatives. The position requires an innovative and motivated educator. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position.

Candidates, at minimum, require a Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified, and must hold national certification as an EMT-P.
