Andrew R. Roszak, JD, MPA, EMT-P, is a nationally recognized expert on AED law. He currently serves as Senior Preparedness Advisor at the MESH Coalition in Indianapolis (Ind.) and as an Advisory Board Member for the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Foundation. Previously, he served as a senior advisor in the Office of the Administrator at the Health Resources and Services Administration, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and as the senior public health policy advisor for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Emergency Care Coordination Center, located within the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response.
