Tactical Emergency Casualty Care in Public Safety Response Technical Assistance Seminar to be Hosted by Boston EMS

Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) are evidence-based trauma care guidelines in high-threat, prehospital environments built upon critical medical lessons learned by U.S. and allied military forces over the past 15 years of conflict and appropriately modified to address the specific needs of civilian populations and EMS practice.
 
The seminar is focused on providing an executive briefing on the development and uses of the guidelines, application design into existing and new response protocols, curriculum design and implementation strategies, and instructor train-the-trainer information.
 
Funding for this seminar is provided through the DHS/FEMA Office of Counter Terrorism and Security Preparedness and FREE for all attendees.
This seminar is intended for agency command staff and leadership, supervisors, and training officers. Space is limited, so the number of participants from each agency may be capped to allow a wide cross-section of agency participation in this important program.
