Crosswind Concepts Introduces the Freedom Chair

Crosswind Concepts is proud to introduce the Freedom Chair. The Freedom Chair is an indoor and outdoor emergency evacuation chair that has the ability to evacuate individuals from rugged terrain that pose serious evacuation issues such as beaches, trails, hills, stairs, etc.

In situations where it may take many people to safely evacuate someone from a difficult location or situation the Freedom Chair allows only the use of 1-2 people to easily navigate someone to safety either by rolling them or carrying them over obstacles to safety.

The Freedom Chair is made of aircraft grade aluminum and weighs only 23lbs. It has 10” inch “never flat” tires that navigate with ease through the roughest of terrains. The chair has 6 points of carry which allows up to six people the benefit of being able to lift someone in the chair over debris and up and down stairs with ease. The Freedom Chair is also very compact and folds to fit for storage.

“The Freedom Chair is something that every fire department, park, and beach should have ready to use in the event of an injury or emergency. In my opinion, it is the safe way to evacuate someone from a building or an outdoor location that is unable to do so without their own power.” says Wright, president of Crosswind Concepts.

A video and photos of the Freedom Chair are on their website at
