Paramedics Restore Man’s Pulse at Atlanta Fire

ATLANTA (AP) — Authorities say two firefighters and a third person were hurt in a blaze in northwest Atlanta.

Atlanta Fire Rescue spokeswoman Janet Ward said the fire started around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday at a home on Northwest Drive.

She said one person had to be pulled from the blaze. Paramedics performed CPR on that man, who was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital.

The man's condition was not known late Tuesday, but Ward said his pulse was restored at the scene.

Ward tells The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (http://bit.ly/1926RiS) that two firefighters sustained minor injuries and were also transported to Grady.
