Indiana Paramedics Help with Storm Rescues in New Jersey

WARSAW, Ind. -- An Indiana EMS crew traveled to New Jersey to help evacuate hospitals and nursing homes.

Multi-Township EMS sent two paramedic-staffed ambulances to New Jersey early Sunday morning, according to WANE.com. The crew received their assignment Sunday night and has been working in Egg Harbor Township.

They are currently at a staging area waiting on a swift-water rescue team and will then be mobilizing to Atlantic City to do search and rescue.
