U.S. National Library of Medicine Wireless Information System for Emergency Responders (WISER)

The free Wireless Information System for Emergency Responders (WISER), published by theÜU.S. National Library of Medicine, has recently been upgraded toÜWISER Version 4.2. The upgrade includes an overlay of a chemicalÌs protective distance zones on an interactive map, transportation criteria (DOT placard, rail car, road trailer) added to the unknown chemical identification section, signs/symptoms imagery added to each biological agent, and data updates.
