Rail Crews Find Bronx EMT'sBody

NEW YORK -- A handcuffed Bronx EMT was hit by two Metro-North trains Wednesday hours after he sent a distraught text message to a friend, police said.

Two northbound trains heading to North White Plains ran over William Jenkins, 34, before a crew spotted his mangled body under the second train at 6:50 a.m., north of the Mount Vernon West station.
