Off-Duty EMT, Cop Save Man from Submerged SUV

NEW YORK -- An off-duty Nassau County police emergency medical technician saw a sport utility vehicle submerged off a park in Cold Spring Harbor, called 911 and then helped rescue a 35-year-old man trapped inside the SUV, police said.
