Fascut Lobster Cordless Bar Cutter

Lobster1-373

Treating and extricating a conscious patient impaled by rebar or a similar material has to be one of the most stressful rescues you can undertake. A torch could cut through but could burn the patient. Mechanical cutting tools would also work, but might place excessive vibrations or torque on the bar, causing the patient pain and more extensive internal damage. The Lobster Cordless Bar Cutter from Fascut Industries packs 20,000 lbs. of cutting force into a 14-lb. tool. It features a cutting head that can be rotated up, down or sideways to cut rebar in close proximity to a trapped victim, all without generating heat or throwing sparks. The Lobster will also make quick work of window security bars or locks when you need to make entry in a hurry.
