Havis-Shields Halogen Map Light

Fran Hildwine, BS, NREMT-P, CCEMT-P | | Monday, March 17, 2008

With some of the larger ambulance chassis, the standard 12Ó map light doesn't provide enough light at a far distance.Havis-Shields increases the reach with the new 18"Halogen Map Light, which has a wider beam and more light output then LED models. Available in a top or side mount to fit your installation needs, the map light features an easy-to-slide, permanent red lens for night vision; a clear lens to prevent you from accidentally touching the halogen lamp; and a high-quality dimmer switch.
