PITTSBURGH -- Some first responders around the city are getting a test drive this weekend at the Three Rivers Regatta.
But it's not a new police car or ambulance, but rather a three-wheeled electric vehicle called a T3.
"They were looking for zero emissions, something to cut down on our fuel usage," said EMS Crew Chief Brian Smouse. "We have a paramedic with a monitor and his gear. He will able to bring it through special events... tight places, because increased maneuverability."
