LAKEVILLE, MINN. – ImageTrend, Inc. announced the latest version of its Patient Registry™ software will be released starting the week of Dec. 3. The new ABA (American Burn Association) and ACTION Registry®-GWTG™ reporting capabilities will be added to existing ACS TQIP® (American College of Surgeons Trauma Quality Improvement Program), GWTG™ (Get With The Guidelines) Stroke, NTDB® (National Trauma Data Bank), Submersion and Qualify of Life Research data fields to create a powerful, multi-disciplinary registry in a single platform.

The update adds data elements and export capabilities to meet the American Burn Association’s data submission requirements. Data submission is required of all verified burn centers, and the process helps populate the National Burn Repository for better understanding of treatment at a national level.

Additional enhancements to Patient Registry include a new import process for STEMI (ST Elevated Myocardial Infarction) related data, ability to view 12-lead EKG (Electrocardiography) from EMS providers and customizable drop-down fields to meet specific data collection needs. The import process for STEMI related data allows hospitals, regions and states to view and run reports using data from the current ACTION Registry®-GWTG™ dataset. ACTION Registry®-GWTG™ participants can now export their data from the NCDR™ (Nation Cardiovascular Data Registry) and import directly into an ImageTrend state, regional, or local Patient Registry system.

Clients who host their Patient Registry with ImageTrend are automatically upgraded to the newest software by ImageTrend’s technicians. Contact ImageTrend by phone at 888-469-7789 or visit online at www.ImageTrend.com/PatientRegistry for more information or to purchase.
