LAKEVILLE, MN – ImageTrend, Inc. announced the latest release of License Management from its Emergency Data Systems division. License Management is a Web-based solution that allows application forms to be completed through a public website and assists states and agencies in managing the end-to-end licensing process. Administrators can track application review status and certification credentials for licensed individuals, such as first responders and paramedics, or for transport services and vehicles. The system interfaces with ImageTrend’s State Bridge and other aggregated ePCR databases for oversight and accountability.

Version 2.0 introduces several enhancements for administrative users, including a new look and feel, improved navigation for faster and easier workflow, and use of ImageTrend’s application framework for reliability. The public-facing site will retain the same consistent interface but managing content will be easier with centralized control over pages, content and layout. Functions have been grouped into more structured tabs for a cleaner look and easier access to functions. When a user is working within a record, the “Actions” shortcuts provide fast access to frequently used procedures. The changes in navigation look and feel result in an application that is familiar to users of the State Bridge solution.

Customers with the current version of License Management and a service agreement will receive the upgrade at no additional cost as part of the value of a Web-based system. Upgrades will be performed by ImageTrend staff in coordination with clients, reducing overhead for information technology departments.
