HAIX® Announces the release of the new Airpower® R5

Lexington, KY April 13, 2012
- HAIX®, a leading manufacturer of innovative and high quality fire fighting, rescue, law enforcement, hunting, and forestry footwear introduces the all new Airpower® R5, the first slip on boot HAIX® has ever offered in our station boot line. The perfect solution for those who would like a high quality, comfortable, quick in and out boot.

Featuring the comfort of the Arch Support System, the 6” Airpower® R5 comes with steel toe protection certified to ASTM F2413-2005. The new slip on design is constructed with elastic side gores and an extra pull on loop for the easiest donning and doffing. Constructed with HAIX’s new Sun Reflect leather reduces the heating effect of the leather by direct sunlight while at the same time providing leather that is water resistant and breathable. An ultra comfortable padded collar offers protection to the ankles as well. The Airpower® R5 offers all of the HAIX® quality you have come to expect in footwear for long lasting comfort and durability.
