ESO Solutions, Inc., an Austin-based company that creates and distributes innovative, industry leading software solutions for the pre-hospital healthcare industry, launched ESO Personnel Management (PM) on April 10, 2012. The newest addition to the ESO Suite, ESO PM integrates with ESO’s flagship electronic patient care reporting (ePCR) software and quality management applications to help emergency medical services (EMS) and fire administrators manage agency personnel, training courses and education history, all from one central location.

ESO PM offers personnel management and training tools that save time and improve organizational efficiencies by providing EMS and Fire administrators with an organized and complete view of important, time-sensitive employee data. As a result, administrators are able to focus on the vital task of improving the quality of patient care their agency provides.

ESO PM is an example of ESO’s continued leadership in the pre-hospital software space. “ESO has established itself as the industry leader in ePCR software, and we are excited about the opportunity to expand our presence in the pre-hospital market with additional products and services designed to help EMS and hospitals enhance the continuum of care,” said Chris Dillie, President and CEO of ESO Solutions. “To that end, ESO Personnel Management is just one of many products slated for release in 2012. We look forward to continuing to offer outstanding software solutions to our valued customers.”
