Rochester, NY—EMS eSchedule, a leader in online crew scheduling & workforce management software for EMS, fire and air medical agencies, announced today that it has launched a mobile version of the application. Current customers who visit the application will automatically be redirected to the mobile-friendly version when visiting via their smartphone.

Features available on the mobile version include:

  • Dashboard – messages, my schedule, my shift swaps, upcoming events, my PTO and my certifications
  • Schedule Summary – my schedule, mobile schedule, open shifts, events calendar, my shift swaps
  • Time Clock – view punch in/out, administrator functions
  • Administrators – view member info, e-mail to all members

The option to switch back to the “full version” of the EMS eSchedule application when viewing on a mobile device still exists.

“With the huge number of users accessing our application through a mobile device, the need to create a custom mobile version was a no-brainer,” says Dave Falcone, President of EMS eSchedule. “We’ve studied the traffic to the most used pages of our system and created a custom, mobile-friendly view of them allowing our users to save time and have access to the info they need quickly.”

The company offers free agency analysis, online demonstrations and evaluation versions of its software to any EMS, fire or air medical agency that may be interested in benefiting from the latest enhancements.

EMS eSchedule offers web-based personnel & agency management software for EMS, fire and other related industries (Ambulance, Advanced Life Support, Fire, Helicopter/Air Medical Transport, etc.). Functionality includes scheduling, time clock, attendance and payroll integration, shift availability, training & certification tracking and much more. The company has been in business since 2004 and steadily growing ever since, serving agencies across the United States.
