Aladtec Launches Major Upgrade To Online Employee Scheduling Systems

Aladtec | | Monday, November 14, 2011

Aladtec, a provider of web-based software solutions for employee scheduling, has added consolidated schedule views and streamlined navigation to all EMS Manager, FIRE Manager and Zanager systems. Options to now view shift trades, time-off, calendar events, and rotating shifts on the same page as the work schedule increase the speed and agility of the workforce management process.

Administrators now have the flexibility to customize each of six schedule views to best meet their unique needs. By choosing to view only the data needed to complete a particular task, managers can perform day-to-day operations more efficiently. By choosing to view multiple data sets simultaneously, managers can identify trends, weaknesses, and opportunities.

“Our customers are used to working quickly and juggling a lot of information. They want the ability to see their info in a variety of ways, with as much detail (or as little) as they need depending on the task.” said David Feyereisen, Aladtec President. “We believe this upgrade provides that flexibility, and in doing so sets a new standard in online employee scheduling.”

Also included in this upgrade are additional access level options to improve multi-user administration and navigation improvements which give quicker direct access to any part of the system.

According to Meredith Shelton, Business Manager for the Fitchburg Fire Department (WI), “The consolidated views have already reduced time spent on the schedule. With the convenience of seeing the work schedule, trades, and time off requests on the same page, I no longer need to navigate between multiple pages. The improved filtering options allow me to customize my view based on what I need to see at any given time.”

All existing systems have already been upgraded to utilize these new features. To sign up for a free 14-day trial, visit www.aladtec.com or contact Aladtec toll-free at (888) 749-5550.
