KEENE, N.H. -- A woman was airlifted to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon after a serious rollover crash on Route 12 Tuesday morning, police said in a press release.

The driver Brianne Goodell, 24, of Keene, apparently lost control of her southbound vehicle on Route 12, just south of Maple Avenue and went off the road.

The vehicle rolled over several times causing Goodell to be ejected. She had serious injuries and was taken by ambulance first to Cheshire Medical Center, and then was flown by helicopter to Dartmouth-Hitchcock.

Route 12 was closed about 2 hours while the Keene Police Collision Analysis Team investigated.

Police continue to investigate. Witnesses are encouraged to contact Sgt. Jason Short of the Keene Police Department at 357-9813.
