MOUNT PLEASANT, Wisc. — An ambulance broke down this weekend with a patient inside — and not for the first time — prompting an emphatic response from Mount Pleasant trustees Monday night.
South Shore Fire Department Interim Chief Mark Pierce detailed the incident before the Village Board meeting Monday at Mount Pleasant’s 8811 Village Hall.
